The workshop is delivered online through the Zoom platform.  It includes two half-days of training, which yields 8 hours of continuing competency credit.  Each participant will receive a certificate of attendance via email at the conclusion of the workshop.

COST:

The cost of the workshop is a total of $150 per person, which covers both half-days of training.  Each workshop is limited to 10 participants—register now to make sure you get a spot!

REGISTRATION:

To complete your registration fill out the form on the right directly on the screen.  Click the submit button, and then send your payment for the workshop using one of these options:

1. Click the “Buy Now” button below.  You do not need a PayPal account to use this option.  You may use your own credit card or bank account to pay.  The page that opens on PayPal will request an amount.  Type in 150.00.

3. Mail a check for $150 made out to:

When your payment is received, you will get an email confirmation of your registration that will include a link to sign on to the Zoom meeting. The deadline for registering is one week prior to the workshop.
